Are there any additional fees?
Nope. What you see here is what you’ll be charged (plus taxes, of course). There are no additional fees for storage, account setup, adding users, or technical support.
Is there a minimum purchase?
PDQ Detect starts at $1,800/year, which gets you 100 devices per year. Additional devices may be added at $18/device/year.
How does my free trial work?
Your 14-day free trial does not require a credit card.
Do you offer discounts?
We're happy to provide a 10% discount if you’re a nonprofit or school. Contact us at [email protected] to get set up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments worldwide, as well as electronic ACH transfers for U.S. bank accounts.
How long is my subscription active?
Your annual subscription is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
How does canceling or renewing my subscription work?
Your annual subscription will automatically renew. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at [email protected] at any time. After you cancel your subscription, your plan will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
