Maintenance Contracts

Support on our community forums is always free, where our support engineers are available to answer questions. However, we understand that you may want direct e-mail support, and we sell maintenance contracts for that purpose.

Each Admin Arsenal maintenance contract costs $199 per year per administrator and includes:

  • E-mail support with a maximum of 1 business day turn around.
  • All upgrades free, including major version upgrades.

A 1 year maintenance contract is included with each purchase of Admin Arsenal. Additional years can be purchased at any time.
