Free Products
All of our free software is 100% free to use in any setting. Personal, commercial, government, educational, criminal (well, maybe not that last one).
You are free to share the software with friends and colleagues, as long as it's not modified in any way (without our written permission).
Pro Mode
Our Pro products are licensed per user of the sofware (typically a system administrator). The license is attached to that individual. The software can be installed on any number of computers as long as each user has his or her own license.
Licenses are not based on the number of managed computers, only on the number of individuals who use our software.
Pro and Free Mode
Our products have both a Free and Pro mode. Pro mode will have additional features which are only available to users with a valid Pro license. The licensing for Pro Mode works the same as for all of our Pro products, in that it is licensed for a single individual (human). The features available in Free Mode can be used in any environment for as long as you want.
Trial Licenses
Trial licenses are available for all of our Pro Mode products. Each license is good for a specified amount of time (for instance 14 days) from the date it was issued and will give unrestricted access to all Pro features in that time frame. Trial licenses can be extended by contacting support@adminarsenal.com.
Updates and Maintenance
Pro licenses are only good for versions of the Pro software released within a certain time frame after the license was issued. The use of those versions of the software is unlimited and perpetual, however to upgrade to a version of the software released after the license's end date will require a new or extended license.
When purchasing a Pro license optional Maintenance can be added in increments of 1 year. Maintenance extends the end date of the Pro license allowing it to be used with all versions released within the extended time.
Extending Maintenance
One year of maintenance can be purchased at any time. The additional time will be added to the end of the current license or starting from the date of purchase. A new license key will be issued which must be entered into the software in order for the new end date to take effect.
