Admin Arsenal provides a number of free utilities to help out with your daily administration. These tools augment Admin Arsenal but don't require it. Please enjoy.

  • DcomAcls.exe

    Remotely changes security settings for DCOM, helps in fixing problems with remote WMI connectivity.
  • RenameAdmin.exe

    This utility will change the name of the local Administrator account on a target computer. You can use the Deploy Tool from Admin Arsenal to utilize this utility and change the Administrator account name on one or more computers.
  • StartReg.exe

    This utility will allow you to connect to the registry of a remote computer. It will open the local registry via Regedit.exe and then connect to the computer specified.
  • UnlockAdmin.exe

    This utility will unlock the built-in Administrator account on target computers. This utility is unsupported.
